Linea componitrice tacchi in cuoio

Questa linea di macchinari, realizzata dalla ditta TEPAL GROUP, si inserisce nel ciclo produttivo della lavorazione del tacco in cuoio. La linea inizia con la "calibratura" per poi passare all' "incollaggio" fino ad arrivare alla "ricomposizione" del tacco. Al termine del ciclo, il tacco viene pressato per garantire una buona aderenza del collante e far si che i pezzi che lo formano non si scompongano arrivando al contenitore finale. The machines manufactured by the company TEPAL GROUP are used in the production cyrcle of leather heels. The process starts with the "thickness measurement", continues with the "glueling" and ends up with the heel "rebuildig". At the end of the cycle, the heel is pressed to guarantee the glue adhesion and in order for the parts that make up the heel to not come apart, thus reaching the final container.
